As a woman that knows nothing about cars, I have been taken advantage of in the past so I do a lot of research when choosing a mechanic. Chris at the front always takes the time to make sure I understand what’s going on with my car. Had an electrical issue with a busted cable, dropped it off in the morning and the issue was found and fixed in a couple hours by Lai's. Cost was not bad at all either. Another autoshop I called before told me with the busy time of year they wouldn't be able to get to it for 8-9 days. Will check with Lai's first next time.
