My grandma (Dorothy) went to get her vehicle checked out because it was making a concerning noise, and wanted a 2nd opinion then the one she had been given from her dealership. She doesnt have Google but really wanted to give a review. She says they were fast and efficient, they were super helpful and explained everything perfectly. She had such a positive experience with them. The mechanic took worked extra time to make sure her vehicle was done promptly. The price was reasonable and it was the same as what they quoted her at the start, no surprises! She would go there again and definitely recommends Lai's Auto to everyone now! Thank you to all the staff at Lai's!

I started taking my car to Lai’s a couple years ago and haven’t taken it anywhere else since. As a woman that knows nothing about cars, I have been taken advantage of in the past so I do a lot of research when choosing a mechanic. Chris at the front always takes the time to make sure I understand what’s going on with my car. The team there is really willing to work with you, something that I have not been able to find at other mechanics. I cannot recommend them enough.
