Nice little place to get work done on your vehicle. Quick and efficient work, friendly staff. Let me know when costs would jump up in price, but explained exactly why. If I ever need more work done, I'm coming back in a heartbeat.

Had my SUV in for a couple issues. Now it runs amazing! Great service by Peter at the front and good pricing. They installed quality parts for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone if you need your car fixed right with brand name parts.

My regular shop couldn't fit me in after an unfortunate contact with the curb (thanks Saskatoon winters), which is understandable because every shop is busy this time of year but I wanted my vehicle checked ASAP to prevent further damage, so I contacted Kai's and they squeezed me in the next day. A little pricey, but they priced everything upfront and contacted me after diagnostics for the extra work they found out that was needed and priced it out accordingly. Friendly and professional staff. I don't mind paying a little extra for ease of mind and speedy service. I would likely still stick with my regular shop for routine stuff but if I'm in a pinch I know where to call! Would recommend.

I recently brought my older vehicle in after noticing the steering wasn't working well- the wheel would suddenly lock up and be incredibly hard to turn. Lai's was quick to check out my vehicle and let us know within an hour that they noticed the steering shaft was in bad shape with rust and lose parts, and we agreed to have them fix it. On the drive home after having it "fixed", I noticed the car was having the same issue as before, which was frustrating after spending $750 on the repair... We let them know right away that the issue wasn't fixed, and they said we could bring it back and they would look it over for again free of charge, which we appreciated. Upon another inspection, they discovered that it was the rack and pinion that needed repairing, which was another $1400. We agreed to go ahead with it and now the steering works great. Our only frustration is that the issue was misdiagnosed and not fixed the first time, but we did appreciate Lai's willingness to look at it again without charge.

I got a flat tire yesterday but luckily it was right outside Lai’s!! Even though they were very busy they helped me out and had me back on the road in no time, with a repaired tire at half of what I thought it should cost. They’ve earned a customer in me!

My old beater of a car suddenly up and died. Worst possible timing cash wise and I feared the worst. These fellas got me in quickly, determined the issue and despite the fact that because it’s an old car, and there’s quite a bit that needs work, did only what was needed to get my beast back on the road Without sending me into a debt spiral. They were super kind and most def professional. I’m happy I was recommended.

Suddenly had brake problems with my car. I have these guys a call and they were very friendly and helpful on the phone. I was able to bring my car in the next day. They did an inspection and was very professional. They didn't do any work without talking to me first, and they didn't try to add on any extra work. Straight and to the point. I did not get my brakes fixed yet, but that is nothing to do with their end, the problem was bigger than I thought and I need to save a bit more. I'm very happy with the short business I had with them and will be returning once I save up a bit more money.

I had my car towed to Lai's without an appointment after I couldnt get it running. Every shop is very busy this time of year, but they managed to get it checked and fixed in under 48 hours! They were very honest and respectful and explained everything well.
