Yes it was good and fast service, We rely on Lia’s auto shop our vehicles are having problems in the city, were from out of town and we have a medical taxi company transporting People with medical needs, such as Dialysis and others issues, thanks to Peter and the staff

I've been taking my truck to Lai's for years.... ever since SMP techs failed to do a proper oil change resulting in oil all over my brand new driveway. Chris treats my vehicle as if it's his own, and uses top quality synthetic oils and genuine parts that aren't cheap. I have way more trust in this shop than any junior newbie tech at a stealership. Those reviews complaining about high prices are out of touch or simply not true. Lai's is on par with other shop rates, but you'll get way more attention to your vehicle and its issues and better parts. My latest service this past week, which was oil and transmission fluid on my Silverado, came in over $200 LESS than what I was quoted!

Lai’s Auto has been my go-to place for years. They are upfront about what needs to be done when I bring my vehicle in. If there is something extra that needs to be fixed before finishing the repair, I have gotten a call to make sure that they can proceed. Work has been completed in a quick and efficient manner and I have not had any problems with the repairs that they have done. Highly recommend!

We brought our vehicle in when air conditioning was not working as it should. We were very impressed with Chris and his team. Communication was clear and ongoing throughout the day, estimates were accurate and problem-solving pursued to address the real problem. The vehicle was dropped off one morning and by early afternoon the work had been complete. This was a very positive repair experience for us, and we would definitely go back again for other vehicle repair issues.

Hello You have no idea how much I’ve appreciated Lai’s cordial and accommodating service when I needed it the most. The prompt workmanship is outstanding For the past two years I've been hospitalized with multiple vascular surgeries that led to Amputation of my leg in February 2025. Being an independent individual I find it difficult to not drive and have to ask for help Lai’s has been extremely supportive when I needed to have my car looked after. I’m so grateful to Cris and staff You were A blessing in my struggle.
