My grandma (Dorothy) went to get her vehicle checked out because it was making a concerning noise, and wanted a 2nd opinion then the one she had been given from her dealership. She doesnt have Google but really wanted to give a review. She says they were fast and efficient, they were super helpful and explained everything perfectly. She had such a positive experience with them. The mechanic took worked extra time to make sure her vehicle was done promptly. The price was reasonable and it was the same as what they quoted her at the start, no surprises! She would go there again and definitely recommends Lai's Auto to everyone now!
