I love Lai's! Great location, easy access, and most importantly—honest service. Their repairs are affordable, and they don’t take advantage of customers like some shops do. They genuinely go above and beyond: topping off fluids, checking everything over, and making sure your vehicle leaves in great running condition. My son had previously taken his Honda Civic to Meidl Honda to fix the A/C. They said it was repaired—but it clearly wasn’t. Turns out, the coolant was low, which was the real reason the A/C wasn’t working. And honestly, what kind of mechanic (especially at a “prestige” and overpriced place like Meidl Honda) doesn’t check the coolant when diagnosing an A/C issue? I’m no mechanic, but even I know that’s one of the first things to look at! Lai's Auto not only checked the fluids—they topped them off. That’s what I call a reliable, trustworthy mechanic who cares about you and your vehicle. And don’t think that’s just “standard procedure” either, because clearly NOT every shop does it (I'm looking at you Meidl Honda!!) I’m so pleased with Lai's service and friendliness. I've been frequenting Lai's Auto Service for many years now. I initially started going there because of convenience, but I keep going back because of their professionalism, quality of service and parts, timeliness, and I have complete trust in their assessments of my vehicle's needs, and the quality of the service they'll deliver. I've taken three different vehicles there over the years, requiring dozens of services, mostly small, but some large, and I've never been lied to, over-sold to, or under-delivered to. Went in for a seasonal package and oil change. The boys inspected my jeep and let me know i needed a wheel alignment as well. They were able to do the wheel alignment the same day! Been going here for literally years. Always great service!
