I started taking my car to Lai’s a couple years ago and haven’t taken it anywhere else since. As a woman that knows nothing about cars, I have been taken advantage of in the past so I do a lot of research when choosing a mechanic. Chris at the front always takes the time to make sure I understand what’s going on with my car. The team there is really willing to work with you, something that I have not been able to find at other mechanics. I cannot recommend them enough.

Lai’s was able to get me into their shop the very next day and got me the diagnostics I needed for my car and had my vehicle ready to go by noon. Gave me good advice to avoid costly fixes on smaller issues. Will definitely be returning!

Had an electrical issue with a busted cable, dropped it off in the morning and the issue was found and fixed in a couple hours by Lai's. Cost was not bad at all either. Another autoshop I called before told me with the busy time of year they wouldn't be able to get to it for 8-9 days. Will check with Lai's first next time.

They got me in fast for a tire that had a screw in it and needed to be plugged - it was done in under an hour, the people there were friendly and great with communication, and the cost was also very friendly! Will definitely be back when I have future vehicle issues!
